Who we are

This website is operated by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (RCT) for and on behalf of the following Local Authorities:

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council
Merthyr Tydfil County Council;
Caerphilly County Borough Council;
Newport City Council;
Monmouthshire County Council;
Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, and;
Torfaen County Borough Council.

All of the above Councils form the South Wales Parking Group (SWPG).

What is the legal basis for the use of this information?

Your payment details are processed in order to fulfil our Statutory Duties in line with the following:

The Traffic Management Act 2004;
The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Representations and Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2013.

Does the Service share my personal information with any other organisation?

CIVICA UK Limited is a third party software supplier who will process your online payment on behalf of RCT.

Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions provide the parking enforcement and processing software used by the members of South Wales Parking Group.
